The upcoming Don’t Die Jack collection drop merges art with non-fungible tokens (NFTs) through glass sculptures of the famous artist Jack Storms. The event is set to take place exclusively on the DontDieMeme platform on April 6, 2023, at 10:37 EST.
Jack Storms has produced several masterpieces, including BellaVino sculpture, which won the People’s Choice Award at the 2007 BAGI Awards. The Carmel Valley Rotary Club commissioned a sculpture in honor of the first blood bank to open in Africa, while the City of Pleasanton Firehouse Arts Center commissioned Fireman’s Bell sculpture. Additionally, Jack Storms created an Optic Crystal Baseball Bat designed for former NY Yankees player Derek Jeter, commemorating his 3000th hit in the major leagues. He also designed the Large Spectrum Cube and Large TierDrop glass sculptures, which were featured at the broker’s shop scenes in the Marvel Studios blockbuster movie Guardians of the Galaxy.
The Don’t Die Jack collection drop will have multiple NFT tiers, with each tier offering increased chances of winning physical artwork, including Tokens, Pendants, Watches, and Cubes. The physical glass sculptures by Jack Storms correspond to the NFTs, with a retail value ranging from $1K to $20K. Moreover, collectors will get discounts on Jack Storms’ artwork based on the tier of the NFT they hold.
NFT holders have a chance to blend the base generative and level up their tokens, leading to higher-tier qualification and eligibility for more expensive pieces. The grand prize winner will receive a custom-made piece. Holders will receive discounts on Jack’s artwork, with the discount period ending after two months.
