Google Cloud Welcomes 11 Blockchain Firms to its Web3 Startup Program

Technology giant Alphabet has expanded its Google for Startups Cloud Program to include 11 Web3 firms, with the aim of accelerating the growth of startups. Among the firms are Alchemy, Aptos, Base, Celo, Flow, Hedera, Nansen, Near, Polygon, Solana, and Thirdweb.

In addition to the program’s expansion, blockchain analytics firm Nansen recently announced its partnership with Google Cloud. Nansen will provide real-time blockchain data for startups, with a database containing over 250 million wallet labels.

Google Cloud currently has two product suites for Web3 startups, divided by the level of funding they have received. Pre-seed companies can receive up to $2,000 in Google Cloud credits, which are valid for two years, along with access to events such as Paris Blockchain Week, Consensus, and TOKEN2049 Singapore, where Google will participate.

This move is part of Google Cloud’s efforts to broaden its support for blockchain and Web3 startups. By providing access to resources and events, Google Cloud aims to help accelerate the growth of these startups and expand their reach.

Google Cloud’s support for Web3 startups and blockchain firms is expected to help drive innovation and progress in the blockchain industry, with the potential to transform various sectors, including finance, supply chain management, and more.
